Refund policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the postage and insurance paid on your original shipment will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be returned to me in the same condition you received them. Tracking and insurance on your return package is recommended.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if you see any defects or damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-cut wire or chain, gift cards, or items that were special ordered for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about my return policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.
